Rifugi climatici per l’adattamento urbano: un quadro europeo

Abstract

L’articolo analizza il tema dei rifugi climatici nel contesto delle politiche europee di adattamento, evidenziando il loro ruolo nel mitigare gli effetti degli eventi estremi. Il contributo esamina diversi modelli di intervento, mettendo in luce approcci nazionali e locali. Il testo sottolinea la necessità di politiche integrate e di una governance multilivello capace di coordinare azioni e risorse. I rifugi climatici vengono interpretati come dispositivi chiave per la resilienza urbana e la tutela delle fasce più vulnerabili della popolazione.
