Il Piano di compensazione ambientale. Sperimentazioni

Abstract

Governare per contratti il territorio e sperimentare approcci nuovi, come avvenuto nel Piano delle compensazioni ambientali della Stura di Lanzo (Città metropolitana di Torino), è estremamente utile a costruire risultati tangibili e concreti per la qualità della vita, la salute, il benessere, la sostenibilità e la resilienza delle comunità. Tali pratiche permettono di valorizzare le performance ambientali, ecologiche e paesaggistiche dei nostri territori, promuovendo azioni di trasformazione sia sistemiche sia locali. Il metodo proposto offre uno sguardo su come le prestazioni socio-ambientali possano essere raggiunte attraverso il processo di pianificazione e compensazione ambientale, favorendo una gestione partecipata e consapevole delle risorse territoriali, integrando conoscenze scientifiche, competenze tecniche e bisogni della popolazione, e generando benefici duraturi e misurabili per le generazioni presenti e future.
