Abstract

In linea con le teorie della resilienza, i territori necessitano di trasformarsi in risposta alle diverse criticità derivanti dal cambiamento climatico e dal rischio idrogeologico sia in relazione ai problemi economici sia sociali. In quest’ottica i Contratti di fiume sono un metodo efficace per promuovere la resilienza territoriale, operando in sistemi estremamente fragili come quelli dei bacini fluviali.
