The "Città Intelligenti" methodology, structured on the European financial and regulatory system, is certainly an interesting proposal to bring together the urban planning tradition and its true objectives, which concern the management of the territory and urban development, but with a participatory approach and co-design, which puts the community and its needs at the centre, starting from the theme of home and therefore "social housing", in full compliance with the ESG agenda 2030 therefore carbon free and 0 energy. Private-public partnership is a fundamental part of this path, but which must see public bodies reacquire their guidance and control function, to then allow the great private potential to express itself, but generating positive impacts for the community, starting from the weakest. The "Città Intelligenti" methodology approach, which aims at the total quality approach, presents itself as an excellent proposal for the 9 cities in Italy and 100 in Europe, which have accepted the challenge of the Climate City Contract, i.e. carbon neutrality by 2030.
